My new oven Inspired an impromptu pizza party. We haven't had pizza since the oven broke and wouldn't go any higher than 350 degrees. My friend's Blog inspired me to try my hand at chocolate brioche. Delicious on its' own and as French toast the next day. Now I can make my favorite Dorie Greenspan chocolate chip cookies with extra salt and roasted salted pecans - baked at 375!
